WideOpenWest (WOW) Cable - WOW Cable — 

I have beena WOW customer for years.  I thought they were great until about two weeks ago when my cable box started losing channels.  A service guy came out to fix it and it all seemed fine.  The next day, our Internet went out and another cable guy came out to fix that (did not get fixed until next day) and decided that we had too many patches and needed a new cable line.  He said he was going to schedule it and have someone call us to set it up.   A week went by and no one ever called.  I called and discovered that he did not schedule it at all!  The customer service rep set it to be buried the next day.  The next day (a Friday) came and went and no one ever called (are you getting the theme here).  I called and they told me the customer rep did not schedule it right and I would have to be put on the "list" to get a call to be scheduled.  Unacceptable to me and I spoke to a supervisor that said someone was going to call by Monday to schedule the appointment. I have to be a my house to let them in, because I have a gate that needs to be locked at all times because of my pool.  Needless to say that no one ever called and I called on Tuesday to complain and to have someone CALL me to schedule.  Wednesday morning I get someone at my door at 7:30am to bury the line.  So I had to drop everything and wait for this guy to bury my cable.  No one at WOW seems to understand the purpose of a phone.  This has been nothing but a headache.  Customer service has been absolutely horrible and I wanted compensated for this disaster on their part!
