I've been with WOW Cable for over 8 years now.  I don't plan to change anytime soon either.  They offer a good variety, great selection, and decent pricing - not to mention their prompt customer service.  They offer several different bundles including VOIP phone and internet access.  While I don't use their phone service (I got my VOIP service before they started offering it) I am quite happy with their cable and internet services.
