Whole Foods is my very favorite store. Sure I love Trader Joe’s for their frozen turkey, frozen chicken breasts and wild salmon. However Whole Foods is a supermarket which carries everything I could ever need. — They can be found all over the country though not in every state.… read full review »

I think that the products at WFM are not tat great in general. Yes they have some great local products that other store do not carry but I feel that you pay a premium to get them. — Here in NY they try to procure local products to that region, which is good. — The house brands are not… read full review »

I am a avid Whole Foods store shopper! I actually get exited about grocery shopping at Whole Foods, and that says a lot for me , because grocery shopping in regular super markets is a real chore for me . I am  very health conscious and very strict about reading labels for the ingredients content. I look for all natural, organic, and trans fat free, and sugar free, artificial free ingredients. It is difficult for me to find much of any of the foods my husband and I eat at regular super markets. —  My diet and my husbands diet consists mostly of raw fruits and vegetables, raw… read full review »

My wife and I have been shopping at Whole Foods for about a year now, the one in Evanston. It's gotten to be one of our secondary shopping sites. We generally spend around $50 there, usually for organic fruits and vegetables and dairy products. We also buy soups and small cans of tuna for my lunches at the office, and gallons of bottled water. We also like the grind your own organic peanut butter. — The food is fresh and there often is a nice selection. However, most of the food is more expensive than conventional stores, even, sometimes, organic foods in conventional stores. I've… read full review »

For so long I stuck with what I knew in terms of eating and marketing. That is until I learned a better way of eating. An all natural(LOL)friend of mine told me about Whole Foods and from the moment I went I was hooked. Every trip their is filled with new discoveries and vast selections of things you dont often find at your regular markets. People hear Whole Foods and think "TOO PRICEY" but quality is well worth the coin...plus they to have sales just like other markets. I am currently addicted to their Jumble Cookies(packed with power and a taste that will have you craving more) filled with… read full review »

The Whole Foods Market in Glendale, CA is absolutely amazing. I shop there at least 3 times a week for fresh entrees from the deli. Superb selection, fresh foods, the smokehouse meats are fantastic, exotic cheeses, sushi, fresh baked brick oven pizza, healthy sandwiches, the list goes on and on! I can't tell you everything about this particular market, you would have to experience it for yourself to get the full picture. I would reccommend Whole Foods to anyone. I've never had an unpleasant experience in the two years I have shopped there! The ONLY reason I can't give it 5 stars is… read full review »

My kids got me a lovely large pink stargazer lily from Whole Foods Market in Portland OR for Mothers Day.   This got me to thinking about the Whole Foods flower department which usually has a good selection of unusual plants like gardenias and orchids but may not be a place people think to go for flowers.  I don't think the plants are organically grown which means the flowers are grown with pesticides just like other commercial flowers.  This is something you have to watch at Whole Foods, many products are not organically grown, but still, the do… read full review »

Living in Manhattan, there are not a ton of grocery stores. i have to travel to Whole Foods but am n In 2007, Whole Foods Market is being recognized for increasing its green power purchasing to include more than 509 million kilowatt-hours of wind-based renewable energy credits. This is enough renewable energy to offset 100 percent of the electricity used in all of its stores, facilities, bake houses, distribution centers, regional offices and global headquarters in the U.S. and Canada. Whole Foods Market is the only FORTUNE 500 Company to offset 100 percent of its electricity use with… read full review »

Customer Service is usually fast and friendly. Most of the staff are well-informed on the products. If you bring out food stamps or an Oregon Trail Card their attitude can change quickly. — — They have a great selection of food you can eat at the store or grab and go. And a particularly good vegan selection. — — The prices are a bit high, even for organic health food and they do not seem particularly quick to respond to the suggestion box. — — Overall, a good quality experience. — —… read full review »

Whole Foods is my favorite place to shop, it has a great selection of organic food, a nice atmosphere, and great staff. Although the nearest Whole Foods store is 2 hours away from me, I make a point to go down there at least 4 times each year to buy organic meat, which I can't buy in my local stores. — — Yes, it is expensive to shop there. However, you get what you pay for. At Whole Foods, you get more than just groceries, you're supporting an eco-friendly and socially responsible company and organic farmers too. —… read full review »

Whole Foods has an excellent prepared food section, where my friends and I will stop for lunch on a work day.  You can eat right there in the front of the store, in a semi private area.  The bakery carries beautiful cakes and pastries and breads. The meats though pricey are always top quality.  The produce is always kept fresh and high quality. … read full review »

I love shopping at Whole Foods in Brentwood, Missouri. It is in a great location and the store is very large. They offer a variety of hard to find produce items as well as dried food items. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My grocery bill is higher when I shop there but the variety far outweighs the additional… read full review »
