Who Moved My Cheese? is an awesome, small and easy to read book that will change your life. Spencer Johnson uses mice looking for cheese as a way to teach readers how to adapt to change. Most of us don't like change, myself included, but it happens whether we want it to or not.

The story about Sniff and Scurry, two mice looking in the same spot for more cheese, are meant to represent us and anything we are seeking, whether it is work, opportunity, money, or love. The lesson is that if you continue to look in the same place for something even after it is long gone, nothing is going to magically...

I have read, reread, and used Who Moved My Cheese several times over the passed few years.  It was given to me as a going a way gift when my job relocated me across the country.  I did not know whether to be insulted or whether I was missing the point of the gift.

Since then I find myself return to that maze to hunt for cheese time and time again.  I realize that this modern day proverb is packed with meaning, not just for me, but for all of us.

I have shared it with friends who are at various places in life.  I have used it during presentations.  I have found that even children can understand...

I work for a large multinational company and was given "Who Moved my Cheese" at a corporate retreat.  Unlike the rest of the material we were provided, this book gave me something worthwhile to think about.  I would recommend this book to professionals young and old.  It applies to anyone facing and managing change in their lives.

Overall, the book provided so good insight about change management.  The story is oversimplified to make it easier to remember.  However, life is not as simple as this book portrays.  Change can be stressful for a number of reasons, some of which are more complex...
