The first time I discovered them I signed up for their newsletter because I really liked the style of their site, and I'm into green news. I seriously appreciate that they don't send them out constantly too. They also have a blog where a community of staff writers from all over the US contribute. I believe the company started in LA, but I can't say for sure.
One of the best things about White Apricot is their "Exclusive Offers" page, where you'll find TONS of great products, along with a discount code for anywhere from 15% to 35% off! So then I went straight to the offers page, and found a long-time favorite shoe company of mine, TSUBO (which I should write a separate review for, they are just brilliant!). Anyway, I immediately went to TSUBO's website, because the coupon was for 25% off - they are normally a bit pricey (but totally worth it). I browsed the sales pages, and there were some amazing sales going on, and MUCH to my delight, the coupon code worked for sale items too!!! I literally got three pairs for the same price of what can easily be for just ONE pair there. If you sign up for their newsletter, there are additional deals that they offer only to subscribers too.
