I am old fashioned when it comes to baking breads. My wife bought me this Westinghouse Bread Maker and it sat on a shelf for a few months before i tried it. I do not like to try new things. My mistake was waiting to use this bread maker. How cow was I impressed. I have made whole wheat, white, mixed variety breads, gluten free, and even breads with fruits in them. I am totally in love with this machine. The only bread that I make better is my old fashioned Irish Soda Bread. I recommend this machine for the novice baker and even for the experienced baker. Stability While in Use The machine has a very stable base and is not easily inadvertently moved when in use. Performance I love it and it always works perfectly. Ease of Use Read and follow the instructions. Add the ingredients, turn it on, and come back when it is all done. Cannot be much easier than that. Durability I have made over a hundred and fifty loaves of bread with no issues.

The White Westinghouse Bread Maker was one of the best purchases I ever made. My friends and family always ask me to bring homemade bread to their houses whenever we have a party or family dinner. The bread is very simple to make. There are various recipes I have including egg bread, wheat bread, potato bread, and regular bread. You just throw all of the ingredients, normally around ten, into the bread maker and add the yeast. Within four hours you have fresh bread that tastes amazing. Performance I always get great tasting bread when I use the breadmaker. The only problem I have ever had with the bread maker was my own fault because I used yeast that was old. There have never been any problems with the bread because of the machine itself. Ease of Use This is so simple to use. You just throw in the ingredients and the machine does the rest. Durability I keep this bread maker in my basement and only bring it out when I'm making a loaf of bread. There have never been any problems with moving this product from place to place.

We received our White Westinghouse bread machine as a wedding gift, and have used it several times with no failures!  The removeable bread pan is easy to clean and also makes it easy to get the bread out without tearing it.  It has the capability of making a 1 lb. or a 1.5 lb loaf of bread.  There are eight different options to choose from when selecting what you want to bake.  You can choose 1) Basic Regular Crust - 1 1/2 lb, 2) Basic Dark Crust - 1 1/2 lb, 3) Basic Regular Crust - 1 lb., 4) Basic Dark Crust - 1 lb, 5) Fruit & Nut - 1 to 1 1/2 lb, 6) Whole Wheat - 1 to 1 1/2 lb, 7) Rapid Bread - 1 to 1 1/2 lb, or 8) Dough. The first four are rather obvious and are probably on every machine.  But, number 5, the Fruit & Nut option, gives you a beep at a certain point in the kneading / rising cycle to allow you to add in fresh fruits, nuts, or sprouts, and the machine then incorporates it into the next kneading cycle before starting to bake. I really like this option for adding fresh sprouts - it gives your bread a good immune system power boost. I've never used the rapid bread or the dough settings, but the dough setting will do all the hard work for you, kneading and rising, and then you come in and make the dough into those pretty braids, etc. before baking. I love having fresh bread and I love having the smell of it permeate my house.  You can set the timer so it starts later in the afternoon so you have a fresh loaf of bread waiting for you when you come home from work.
