This is a premium gourmet canned cat food that is a bit unusual that it has duck in the ingredients. I have three older male cats. Twenty one, thirteen and ten. The oldest has no interest in this food at all. The other younger males go nuts over it. As it usually is with cats, they are very different as far as their likes and dislikes. So this is a food you may want to buy one or two cans if you have a picky cat. Most cats are. Quality of Ingredients It says duck and chicken in a gravy style sauce and I didn't see any grains in the ingredients. Of course there are the preservatives which are in all canned cats foods. Flavor Selection Actually I noticed quite a few flavors when I go this food. I generally buy multiple flavors and brands as the cats tend to get bored with their food quite easily. I recommend this food and others similar to this as a now and then treat and not as a main diet as it's pretty rich food. Also I probably wouldn't give it to kittens as they have sensitive stomachs. If you do give it to a kitten, give them a very small amount. I had a friend that gave her kitten nothing but canned gourmet cat food and it's not good for them and the vet made her stop.

I have purchased Whiskas Sheba Dome Premium Chicken and Duck Dinner with Sauce for Cats for my cats and my boyfriend's cat. None of my cats liked it. I thought they would love it since it contains a very nice sauce that actually smells pretty good. It contains nice, juicy, and tender cuts of chicken and duck. My cats left their bowls and I had to throw it out. However, my boyfriend's cat LOVED it. She ate it in about two minutes! She wiped it out! I buy it for her a few times a month as a treat since I am on a limited budget. I am really impressed by the quality, texture, and appearance of the slices of chicken and duck. I guess my cats are just picky! Quality of Ingredients The chicken and duck are of good quality and look very nice.

Sheba TM Premium Cuts TM Chicken and Duck dinner with sauce is an 80 g  (2.8 oz) metal tin full of real food.  Ingredients - water, Chicken Breast, Duck Breast, tapioca starch, guar gum.  Well except for the guar gum I know what all that stuff is:  I've eaten it.  This stuff comes out of the can and actually smells good, it smelled better than my leftover turkey casserole.  My cat thinks it is marvelous.  She will defend it from the dog (who usually gets at least some of her food, if not the right to lick off her plate).  She will not give any of this up - but when she is done she is extremely loving and pleasant to be around.This cat food is good for special treat but is not appropriate fora steady diet due to the lack of added vitamins and minerals.
