Don't spend the money on top of the line washers and dryers

we purchased the whirlpool gold washer and dryer a few years ago.  within 3 years both appliances needed repairs.  the repairs were more than a new standard washer and dryer.  whirlpool refused to cover the repairs.  we have learned to go with standard washers and dryers.
