After many years of using the top load washer I was hesitant to switch over to front load. I am SO glad I did. I am IN LOVE with my washing machine! This thing is so quiet compared to me old one, the performance is awesome, and this thing is so easy to use! The only complaints I have are some brands of detergent don't have a wide variety of scents in the HE formula but I feel that is irrelevant to this machine as it's more of a problem with the detergent companies vs whirlpool. The only other complain I have is that at first I did not realize I was supposed to keep the door open when not in use and my washer drum started smelling musty, after cleaning and keeping the door open now that problem has resolved.
