A very energy efficient appliance. I've been very satisfied with my refrigerator. Noise Level Very quiet indeed! I can hardly hear it going even when I open it! Interior Organization Plenty of shelf space and rugged shelf compartments. Easy to move things around to get to what I need. Temperature Control Overall, very satisfied with the temperature control. Ice cream gets too hard but I think that's because I overfilled it up by the vent. My mistake. Ease of Cleaning Easy to remove shelves and compartments. Make cleaning a breeze! Durability Made very well and good solid construction but surprisingly easy to move! Just what I would expect a Whirlpool to be! Among the best in the industry. Design Simple yet elegant. Would fit into almost any kitchen decor.

The door on this refrigerator that connects the freezer side to the fridge side and maintains the temperature of the fridge has broken 3 times in the last 2 years and caused all of our fridge to freeze as well as to thaw. It also causes a loud snapping sound when the door is broken. The rest of the fridge's features all work well, the organization, the style, and the roominess are all exceptional. The ice-maker sometimes can't keep up with a family of 5, but other than that the little temperature regulation door is the only problem with this fridge, and I acknowledge our particular fridge could just be a lemon in that aspect. Noise Level It is quiet unless the door I mentioned earlier is broken, and then it makes a loud snapping sound that can be heard across the house. Interior Organization We've always been able to fit everything we needed in this fridge and it's layout is very helpful and practical.

This fridge is very energy efficient with plenty of room, great lighting and the usual features of a side-by-side fridge. Big fan of the adjustable shelves on the door as a lot of fridges don't have this option. The most common complaint is the lack of adjustments you can make to the rest of the shelves, which can limit food storage options. Something minor, but often annoying, is the ice dispenser usually sprays ice every where as the motor is maybe a little too powerful and will often lead to a little puddle on the floor from melted ice. Noise Level The only noise is the usual dropping of ice and water flow to refill the tray. Interior Organization Could use more options for shelf adjustment. A locking track could easily bring it to a 9 or 10. Temperature Control I'm amazed how quickly both the fridge and freezer work. The Accu-Chill system is great. Ease of Cleaning Easier than a standard fridge since each level of shelves hold less overall food and be cleaned in smaller increments. Durability Build pretty solid. Design Everything is easily accessible and easy to adjust.

I thought when i looked at this product at the store that the freezer would be big enough for my family. after getting it home i found it to be much smaller once i started filling it. i like the refridgerator i just feel the freezer should be bigger in size.

This is a decent refrigerator for the money. Noise Level It has a strange dripping sound every once in a while that makes you wonder if the dog is peeing on the floor. Interior Organization The shelves are pretty compact so everything gets pushed to the back. You have to take everything out in order to clean it or see what all you have in there. Temperature Control This is good - it always maintains the correct temperature. Ease of Cleaning You have to take every shelf out and manually clean it in order for it to be fully cleaned rather than just wiping it off while inside. Durability We have had ours for over 4 years and have had no troubles with it. We have two kids and it can get pretty beat up. It is easy to roll out and clean behind and relatively easy to keep the bottom clean as well. Design The only frustration with the design is the size of the drawers. They don't seem to hold much and product can get "lost" in the bottom because of how deep they are. They are deep, but not very wide.

I got this as my first fridge, and I'm very happy overall with the performance so far, the ice and water dispenser is very helpful when you have friends over or if you just want some filtered cold water, without having to to stand over the faucet and get room temperature tap water.

The new love of our home is our new Whirlpool Fridge. The inside of the fridge has so many spaces to put the shelves you can fit everything neatly. The door has shelved big enough to fit many gallons of milk, and if you put your milk in the door, there is even MORE room inside the fridge for more food. There is two large bins on the bottom of the fridge for fruits and veggies. They are very deep and are easy to open and close even when they are full. The freezer has tons of room and wire shelving to hold tons of ice cream. There's even a little hidden shelf that's perfect for hiding your girl scout cookies. My kids swear the best part of the fridge is the ice and water dispenser on the front. It has ice cubes that are perfect for filling up water bottles.

**I have had the Whirlpool Side by Side Refrigerator for several years now and could not be happier with it. The Whirlpool was why I originally purchased this product. The freezer has several shelves and a very convenient pull out drawer which allows you to get things out of the bottom easier. The freezer door has several shelves in it for holding the smaller items, and it also has an ice maker with the ice and water dispenser built into the door that connects to your cold water line. The refrigerator door has a covered compartment for holding your butter and cheese then the next shelf is deep enough to hold a gallon of milk,altho i dont recommend milk in a door that gets opened several times a day. There are several clear glass shelves inside, with one drawer at the top and two large drawers in the bottom for holding your fresh fruits and vegetables at the right temperature. both the regrigerator and the freezer have lights for seeing what your getting.**

Purchased this and all the other whirlpool appliances for our new home. Got a rebate and discount on ALL the appliances and this fridge is AWSOME! Quiet, easy to move shelves around, great size for getting all our grocery's in it and LOW LOW energy use! Sleek design, handles and ridged surface to help hide fingerprints. We looked at all the other major appliance brands and Whirlpool was by far the absolute BEST choice for us in regards to useage, price, functionality, available colors, delivery and energy use. I reccomend this fridge VERY highly to anyone seeking to buy a new fridge freezer in the future. Maytag was bought out by whirlpool and everyone knows the maytag repairman was a very lonly guy with little to do as their appliances are TOP of the line in the way they are built and function.

Our refridgerator went out and we needed a quick replacement when we came across this one. After doing a quick search we found that this refrigerator was absolutely the best value for the money that we could find. Pros - - Lots of space - Comes in black or white (we chose the black and it still looks great two years later) - Two vegetable/fruit drawers with separate humidity controls - A large drawer for dairy - Shelves are all adjustable - Door shelves are deep and will hold milk easily - Ice and water in the door work great (crushed or cubes) Cons - - The freezer is a little narrow and is occasionally a problem - The water filters are a little expensive We've had this refrigerator since May of 2008 and have had no problems with it at all. Definitely a purchase we'd make again!
