This is the only washing machine I've ever owned (we've had it for 8 years now), so I don't really know what to compare it to. It's very simple and easy to use. Has options for cold, hot, warm water and small, medium, large loads. It has always worked great until recently. Sometimes, if I wash a large load with bath mats or pillows, or comforters, it will shake vigorously; it sounds as if it's about to break. Also, sometimes, water will leak out onto the floor. We're not sure if that is due to the hose not being securely. Anyway, for the price, it has been great. I love that the clothes are done washing in under 30 minutes.
