Good Oven Overall
Our oven is about twelve years old and still works pretty well. The oven light has a short and doesn't work all the time and will randomly turn on if someone walks by it. The button panel has started yellow so it doesn't look very nice anymore. I like that it seems to bake a little hotter than other ovens so it doesn't take as long to bake and cook things, although I have to keep an eye on things so they don't burn. Cleaning the heat coils and the drip pans underneath is a huge pain! The next oven I get will be a flat-top. It takes a lot of time to take them all apart, clean underneath the cook top, the drip pans and the coils and then put everything back together. I also don't like that there is no time-bake. It is also a hassle that after pushing the "bake" button and then set the temperature you also have to push the "start" button or else the oven doesn't turn on. I don't know how many times I've thought something was done cooking and the oven wasn't on! I wouldn't ever buy this kind of oven again.
