We purchased this washing machine and I call it "the washer from HELL!" I absolutely hate it. I wish we had purchased it from Sears as we bought it from Grants and just try returning something from there! I hate it - HATE it! It is so noisy you can't talk on the phone in the house! I had a Whirlpool repair person come out immediately and they said it's just a noisy machine that if I put it in the basement I wouldn't notice it so much! Well it I put it on the roof I wouldn't notice it either! DON'T EVEN CONSIDER BUYING THIS WASHER.
