I purchased a Whirlpool, Heavy Duty- Super Capacity Electric Dryer in the year of 1998. This was a second purchase because of the house that I was living had only a electric hook-up for a dryer, not a gas hook-up for the dryer I already had. So I purchased this Extra Large Dryer that had 7-Cycles and 4 Temperature Settings. It opens from the front and takes more space that the average-size dryer. But I have kept this dryer for 16 years and it is still giving me great service. I'm using it as of this moment and I'm satisfied with the performance of drying with this dryer. It has a Finish Guard Setting that helps prevent my clothes from getting too wrinkled, if I happen to leave a load in the dryer. It also has a End of Cycle Signal that warns me when the Drying Cycle is complete. This is a very good washer for people with large families and have a lot of washing to do. It was also inexpensive and think I got a bargain for the price I paid. Load Capacity It has a Super Capacity. Performance I have kept this dryer for over 16 years and it is still performing. Ease of Use It is easy to operate. Durability Sixteen years of service has proven its durability. Design It has just the basics design of a normal dryer with a door that opens from top to bottom, not side to side.
