We bought this refrigerator 7 years ago. Though we love the space and design, the quality is lacking. Within the 14 months, the freezer started leaking. Water would drip onto the bottom of the freezer and freeze up so that there was a half an inch of ice on the bottom. When it froze up that high, the water that would drip and freeze began dripping out of the freezer onto the floor. Since we didn't have a warranty on it, we basically have been dealing with it for the past 6 years...every 2 weeks we have to break up and get out the ice on the bottom of the freezer. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

The features of this appliance, in general, are adequate. The quality of the finish is sturdy, decent and quite acceptable. However, DO NOT BUY IT! It makes a terribly annoying high-pitched whistle when the compressor is running. The Whirlpool technician says this is normal and even if I change it for 14 others, they will all be the same! I Noise Level Totally unacceptable. Ridiculous annoying noise that Whirlpool says is normal. DO NOT BUY! Interior Organization just fine Temperature Control works like a charm Ease of Cleaning adequate - no particular problem Durability can't really say, just received it
