Whirlpool Duet Washer - Front Load Review

I purchased my Whirlpool Duet Washer and Dryer with a new home package in January 2008.  While the delivery and installation went well, I was very pleased for the first 6 months.  Then in July, the washer malfunctioned and gave me an F32 error code which was not identified in the owner's manual.  The manual stated that I should call for service.

 When I called the 800 number, that's when the frustration started.  First, the phone system is ridiculous and very difficult to get through.  When I finally spoke with a real person, they were foreign and hard to understand.  However, the service tech was scheduled to come to my house 3 days after my call and I had to be home waiting within a 4 hour window.  Again, not very convenient.  The service tech did not have the repair parts even after research showed this is a common problem with these models, a bad pressure switch.  After 8 days, I'm still waiting to have my washer repaired.  I'm fine with the product if this will solve the problem, but I'm not impressed with the service.
