We spent a lot of money on this washer and dryer which worked well at first.  However, about a year later the washer kept freezing up during the spin and rinse cycle. We could not pause the cycle or open the door to move thjings around. We had to unplug the machine and wait a few hours before we could restart the entire wash cycle. We had a repairman come out and he said there was something wrong with the lock on the door whichb would cost more to fix than purchsing a new washer. We now have trouble with the dryer as it too freezes during the dry cycle and there is nothing we can do.  We are extremely frustrated and are done with front loaders!

I am hearing the same from everyone. I am also having the same problem and it is flashing f21 at me. I also have to unplug but can plug it back (sometimes it takes a few times) and get it to work eventually. I am also not liking the front loaders at all.
