Love my dryer, HATE waiting 3+weeks to have it repaired.

I have owned my whirlpool dryer for over 3 years and from the start I purchased the "Sears" maintainance agreement.  I have had it checked every year and up till now it did not require any repairs.  I am now into my third week waiting for the parts to arrive at my home from whirlpool "UNDAMAGED"  so the repair person can Fix my dryer.  Today made the second time Damaged parts arrived via UPS.  I am not sure who I should complain to any more.

The dryer is great when it works... The repair man was very informative and even he was upset when he saw the first delivered parts were damaged. 

Everyone I have talked to from Sears has been very sweet and appoligized but words aren't helping my situation. 

My husband is on workmens comp currently with back trouble, and I am disabled.  Going to a laundrymat is not an option. 

Just wish I knew how to make things happen for us.
