Simplicity itself

5

This Whirlpool dishwasher is one of the best that I have ever seen for the price and is essentially idiot-proof, which is really nice considering how some can be kind of overwhelming to even smart individuals. Noise Level This particular model is extremely quiet but this of course will be slightly altered by what kind of material the dishwasher is resting up against. Cleaning Time The cleaning time is very reasonable considering that the last model I had took about 3 hours to finish. Loading Flexibility It isn't the most innovative design in regards to loading, however, there is nothing at all wrong with it and it allows a good sized load without any trouble. Performance Dishes and pots/pans come out very clean but this of course can be altered by which detergent you use. Design The design is simplistic but not ugly. It's not the most chic dishwasher available by far, however, for the price it is pretty good looking. Durability It seems like it will hold up over the years.

Really nice dishwasher

5

We purchased this dishwasher several years ago and have really liked it. Even after several years it still runs quietly and does a great job getting the dishes clean. I rinse my dishes off before putting them in any dishwasher. It is very easy to load dishes into both the top and bottom racks and there is plenty of room for a lot of dishes. I am not fond of the silverware container being in the door of the dish washer so I only use it when we have tons of flatware to wash. I kept the flatware container from my old dishwasher and just put it in this one and there is still lots of room for pots and pans. I really like the sani rinse setting as I frequently wash baby bottles and I like to know that they are extra clean. I also like that I can set it for a short cycle and save on water if I am doing a light load. I am not fond of having to use a rinse solution in the dishwasher but all of the dishwashers seem to require it. This dishwasher does leave my dishes shiny without a lot of spots which I like a lot

Been using this for the past 4 years with no problem

I have been using this dishwasher at least 2 times per day for the past 4 years and it has never given me any trouble. It came with the house that we moved into and it was very simple to figure out. Even my toddler knows which buttons to push to get it started. It has several options for light or heavy loads. I always do the sanitize rinse which I really like. My dishes come out sparkling clean. I also really like the drying option. It will dry the dishes really well. It's big enough to fit several cups, small dishes, cutlery, pots, and plates all at once. There have been times that the clip that holds down the soap has been stuck or refused to completely shut. That usually happens when the detergent gets clumped and stuck. It's not the washers fault though. It's my fault for not properly cleaning it after each use. Sometimes I'm in a hurry. Other than that, I have no complaints. It's also not very loud. I can run it while the baby is napping in the next room with no problem. If you need a good dishwasher that will last, this is a good option.

Great Product

I have had this dishwasher for over a year now and am still very impressed with it. We bought it after our 10-15 year old dishwasher finally bit the dust. I was a little nervous about the size when I first purchased it, it looks so much smaller than the one we previously had. When I went to purchase it, the guy kept trying to reassure me that it just looked small because it holds "x" amount of place settings. I don't know about you, but I put more than just plates and bowls in the dishwasher, I put my plastic rubbermaid bowls, as well as several sippy cups. So, place settings didn't mean as much to me as it may some. Any how, it was on sale, so it was much cheaper than some of the other brands/models. I was also a little nervous about the purchase after reading some online reviews about how loud it is, I do not find this to be true. It does not seem any louder than I would expect from a dishwasher. As far as the room inside, I am rather impressed with how much I can get into the dishwasher. I do find slanted pegs in the bottom a little annoying since I can't get the cups stacked in there as nicely as I would like, but I have found since I have used it a while I know exactly where to put everything to fit as much as possible in there and it still all come out clean. Overall, I would recommend this dishwasher, it does a great job and at a good price.

Great Dishwasher for the money

4

We purchased this dishwasher about 6 months ago and are very pleased with it so far. I never have food left on my dishes and I rarely rinse them before putting them in there too. The dishwasher dries the dishes pretty well so you don't have wet dishes at the end of a cycle. The only thing that I have noticed that I don't like is that some of the plastic and rubber pieces have turned a pinkish color, which I'm assuming is from washing dishes that have tomato sauce left on them. We have never had a problem with the dishwasher leaking yet. The dishwasher is also kinda loud, which is normal for dishwashers I guess. Overall it is a good dishwasher for the money that we paid and I would recommend it. Noise Level Not too noisy, I'd say about average for dishwashers. Cleaning Time not too slow, not too fast. Loading Flexibility I usually load it pretty full and have no problems with dried on food. Performance dishes are always clean!
