The refrigerator performed ok until this weekend. When it just died. We were away for the weekend, and lost a freezer fully of meat and seafood. It is only 4 years old. This is my second Whirlpool since 2008. I will never buy another. The customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. I'm still waiting to talk to someone from the Customer Service Management team. they called once, and I've called back and left messages 3 times since then. Do yourself a favor. There's lots of nice fridges out there. Go with a company that cares. Durability died at 4 years

Love the storage area in this fridge! Freezer could have more access. Had tp disconnect ice maker because since it was not hooked to water line, kids kept pushing down on the "on" switch in freezer. Frosted the whole bottom up! Had to call repairman! All in all I would but this model again though!

Love the whirlpool refrigerator. I really like the bottom freezer and will not have another refrigerator without a bottom freezer. Like the drawer on the freezer underneath the shelf. The ability to move the shelves around in the refrigerator is nice and they are easy to clean. The controls on the crisper drawer are also a nice feature. Love this refrigerator! Would highly recommend it. Noise Level This is pretty quiet. There is some noise, but not much. Interior Organization Shelves move and remove easily. Like the bins on the door and the ability to remove them. Temperature Control No problems with items freezing in the back of the refrigerator. Ease of Cleaning Very easy to clean. Durability Have had the refrigerator for 14 years and no problems.
