The Whirley Pop popcorn maker has been used by us for many years. We actually just recently replaced an old one. The motor wore out I used it so much. I love popcorn a couple of times a week. I use extra virgin olive oil which is very good for you when I run the popcorn maker. I use Orville Redenbacher yellow or white popcorn and that seem to pop up the plumpest.
