I agree with the other reviewers that the Whirley Pop makes great-tasting popcorn fast and easily without scorching. I've just had one problem with it, though, that prevents me from awarding it the full five stars. The screw holding the right-side lid handle on came loose and dropped into my popped popcorn while I was pouring it into the bowl. I was able to retrieve the screw before anybody could bite on it, but then I found that I couldn't simply put the screw back in and tighten it down hard (nor could I tighten up the screw on the other side of the lid) because Whirley Pop uses screws that have rounded heads with no slots to accomodate a screwdriver! Fortunately, I was able to find another screw to fix the handle, but the experience diminished the pure joy I'd known with this product up to that point.
