I have read this book and applied some of the suggestions to my daily diet. Now when I grocery shop I make sure to read my food labels very carefully. Just because a loaf of bread claims to be wheat bread on the front of the packaging doesn't mean this is 100% true. I now look for fewer ingredients that are listed on my food labels. I try to purchase higher quality ingredients as well.

My stomach always feel bloated and at times I feel lethargic. I know the symptoms I am having are attributed to certain foods I consume.

Since applying some of the tips in this book on a daily basis, my stomach no longer feels bloated and I feel less lethargic. I have lost several pounds and my sinus is less of a bother too me.

This book is very easy to use in my opinion. You have to be willing and opened minded to give this plan a try. I have also purchased the Wheat Belly Cookbook to have recipes to refer to when planning some of my meals.

Good book, good advice.

I got involved with the Wheat Belly diet after everyone at work started talking about. They were telling me how much wheat has changed and how unhealthy it can be for your body. I decided to give this diet a try and see if what they said was true. In my experience, there was a lot of truth to the theory of wheat changing and impacting your body. When I stopped eating wheat, I immediately saw a change in my body. My skin gets a fungal infection and breaks out in spots. I saw a much smaller amount of spots appearing when I eliminated wheat from my diet. I also saw results due to eliminating the carbohydrates associated with wheat and increasing fruits and vegetables. I highly recommend giving this diet a try and seeing what it does for you. I saw positive results and rarely eat wheat now.

Effectiveness
It is highly effective. You will lose weight by lowering the carbohydrates in wheat alone. Of course, you need to incorporate exercise to any diet.

Side Effects
I did not have any side effects.

Ease of Use
It is not easy to do because wheat is in so much. However, it is worth it.
