What to Expect the First Year —

What to Expect the First Year is a practical, honest, easy-to-read book that explains everything you need to know about raising a child from birth to his/her first birthday.  As a very busy and experienced mother of three children under 6 years old, I always have this book on hand to guide me through any question or problem that I am experiencing with my kids.

When I was a brand new parent, this book helped me through very important decisions, such as whether to bottle or breast feed my baby, and gave me the pros and cons of each.  It helped me through each month and always pinpointed all of the issues that I may be experiencing such as eating and sleeping.

However, even after being a parent for 6 years, I still use this book almost every day because of the very important reference material that it contains.  For example, there are sections on common ailments and how to treat them, how to take a child's temperature, and the proper dosage of common medications.

I strongly encourage every parent to buy this book and have it on hand for options and suggestions related to having children.
