What Not To Wear Review

Wish you could have a makeover, but scared it might be brutal?
Then live vicariously through people who get a style update, without subjecting yourself to any trauma.  Occasionally a few of them will have the exact same problems as you (hair that you're afraid to cut, short thighs, a long waist, wide hips, etc) and you can hear the solution, then apply it to your own wardrobe and makeup program.  

Clinton and Stacy are good at what they do
The hosts, Clinton Kelly and Stacy London, can be brutal, but it's "tough love" for people who desperately need it. (They've been nominated by their friends who want to see their outsides match their lovely insides)  No one featured on the show goes home unhappy.  Viewers get a cheap thrill out of wathcing a total transformation, which often sparks an emotional lift for the surprised makeover recipient. 

Bonus:  You Watch, You Learn
Like the sometimes-silly format or not, you watch enough of these episodes, you are going to pick up handy tips you can use for yourself, and your friends will notice.
