Pros

    learn what is age appropriate, learn what suits your body type

Cons
    sometimes the new hair is not needed

This is a great show to watch.  The hosts are not there to make fun of the participant but to help them.  Some people just do not know that they do not look their best.  A lot of people think that dressing younger makes them look younger.  The hosts show them that dressing younger actually makes them look older and then steers them toward clothes that will make them look good.
