I always enjoy trying new types of makeup. I am not a makeup snob and will gladly try cheaply priced makeup. I have had some success with Wet n Wild throughout my life so I figured it was worth giving this particular eye shadow a try. Sadly, Wet n Wild Mega Eyes Eye shadow Trio is nothing but a mega let down. I bought this in a blue trio and a gray trio. The colors look pretty in the palette. When you put the eye shadow on the colors do not match what is on the palette. They all seemed to be slightly darker once it was on your eyelid. The eye shadow would only last a few hours until it was completely gone. Even when I put primer underneath it still just disappeared quickly. The little brush that comes with it is very cheap quality and the end fell off after just a few uses. Do not bother buying this eye shadow. It is horrible quality. The colors go on darker than they appear and the eye shadow only stays on briefly.

I had the black, white and silver colored palette. I noticed that the white eyeshadow color would barely show up or come off right away, the silver eyeshadow worked very well, and the black eyeshadow had a very weird undertone and didn't show up as black. I thought that the silver eyeshadow was quality and worked wonders, but the two other colors barely worked and I stopped using them altogether.

I really like these. They have a very nice selection of colors, and the colors look great on your skin. They stick good to your lids, and they don't crease throughout the day. They last really long too, atleast 8 hours without much fading and no smearing. I have the purple, and the blue one. I like them a lot. I use them frequently, and think the quality is good. You do find yourself applying more of this product than other products. The pigmentation is about average, not super pigmented, but a good balance. It's very buildable so you can add more for more impact, or you can apply less for less impact. They show up nice, and have the perfect kind of 'glow' to them, They are a little bit shiny, and a light bit shimmery. Other wise, they are very irredescent and pretty. They are very inexpensive, and are just as good as more expensive products. You get three colors in one- and they all go together well. It's not like those palletes wear you get a red shadow, a brown shadow, and a green shadow. What are you supposed to do with those? I guess a professional MIGHT be able to do something with weird colors, but I prefer ones that go together like how these do. I really like these, great buy!

I love this trios!My favorite one is the one with the light bronze lid color, the redish brown crease, and the light brown for the highlight. A downside is that the name of the trios are not on the packaging. But the colors are very pigmented soft and work perfectly together. They blend well and do not fade at all(of course with a primer)The shades are not at all chalky or too shimmery. I wish these trios were still available, but sadly they are discontinued. The packaging is kind of big and bulky which really isnt a problem for me, but the cover lid did break off of mines and it will not go back on. But that's really no big problem for me. The mirror is nice, i just think the packaging could have been more slimmer like the current trios that are out now by wet n wild. These shadows are very soft and last all day. If you ever see these, pick them up, because they are well worth it!not to mention the price that makes it even better.

I've always enjoyed Wet n Wild product because they are affordable and they are animal friendly. It wasn't until recently I've been reading on the countless amount of companies that do make up testing on animal. I couldn't believe it. Now I only purchase products that have not been tested on animals such as Wet N Wild.  I have the Wet N Wild Mega Eyes Eyeshadow Trio in brown. The eye shadows have three set of colors. Each eye shadow color has a destination on where to put the color on the eye. I find the product friendly for those who are new/beginners of wearing make up.  How I would describe the three colors are shimmery pearl white, shimmery bronze, and a shimmery brown.The three areas to put the eye shadows are the eyelid, crease of the eye, and highlight(brow bone and inner corners of ones eye). This helps accomplish the smoky eye with warm/brown colors. The only thing I dislike about the eyeshadow are that they are too shimmery. I feel sometimes my eyelids are like disco balls. Overall it's a great product and a great price!

I love the colors of this brand and the three shades in one is so nice and convenient. I have the shades of blue and have been using it for a while know. This product lasts along time and is also inexpensive and can be found just about anywhere. I really enjoy using this product and my cousins enjoy using it too. The Wet n Wild Eyeshadow Trio Is nice because it is inexpensive but look nice too. This product goes on smooth and stays on for a long time. The colors look nice,  compliment each other, and bring out the color of your eyes. The eye shadow also is not messy to use. It does not flake or get eye shadow powder on your outfit. this product is also great for beginners because the colors are not too strong and you don't have to worry about putting on too much. I love this eye shadow and would recommend this brand to friends and family. And this product being affordable is just another pluse!

I love this eyeshadow! I have a black, white, and silver trio. The colors are fun and bold, and it stays on for most of the day. It really works for me, but I'm nineteen; if you're older, you might want something more subtle, and I don't know how the other colors are, but there's definitely a lot to choose from. And it's really cheap! Go ahead, give it a shot!

Ah, after 2 kids...my makeup budget has taken a hit.  I would consider Wet N Wild to be a teen brand if anything, and I do own some of their nailpolishes, but "real" makeup? C'mon! No way! Well, at a drugstore sale I had some money to spend, and I picked up some Wet N Wild eye shadow.  You know what? It works the same as other eye shadow.  It's fine! I've even gone on to try their liquid foundation makeup and that's fine too.  Why spend more than you need to on basics like this? This eyeshadow kit even has a mirror inside which would be great if you took it with you in your purse.  Cheap out on the eye shadow and use the extra money you save on the next big age-defying women's facial lotion.  :) Like I said, don't be a makeup snob, try Wet N Wild.  It does the job.  Really, it's colored powder you put on your eyelids.  How bad can it be? Even if you buy it and hate it (I know a few drugstores have money back guarantees on makeup now, you can try it and return it) you're only out a few bucks.  Try it!

I love buying fun makeup colors when they go on sale. I don't wear a ton of makeup but it's something enjoy for a special night out with my husband or with my friends! I like to have a variety of colors and saw these trios at the drugstore on sale (and I had a coupon--SCORE!) so I picked up a few different ones! The only one that I have tried so far is the Black, Silver and White trio. The colors look so smooth and pretty in the container--I was excited to try a smokey eye! I started with a plain wash of silver on my eyelid for a cool, but quiet affect. Well, was I shocked when I noticed that this didn't leave a pale swatch of color but rather a DARK streak of silver! I guess it's good that it's not too opaque but I was truly surprised by the intensity of the color. I honestly had to wipe a lot of it off to get the look I was going for and even then, wasn't too happy with the end result. I've been afraid to try the other colors because honestly I just don't want something THAT loud on my eyes! The price is really great and it is an attractive container but I'm just not into super dark makeup like that!

I am someone who does not spend a lot on makeup to begin with, so I should let you know that off the bat. Luckily I am blessed with good skin so I don't have to seek out specialty products. My favorite brands are Wet N Wild, NYC, and ELF. When I'm feeling not so frugal, I spring for some Cover Girl. This particular Wet N Wild product is really good. I purchased the Mega Eyes in Egyptian Sands. It is not as shimmery as other eyeshadows, which I like. The one thing I do not like about it (including all other eyeshadows) is the applicator it comes with. I use an ELF concealer brush to apply this eyeshadow to my eyes evenly and it does the job well. I don't like people to know I'm wearing makeup and this does the job. It makes me look very natural and put together without looking like I painted my face. If that's not the look you're going for then you probably won't like Wet N Wild Mega Eyes in Egyptian Sands.
