I bought the Wet 'n Wild H2O Proof Liquid Eyeliner precisely because I thought a felt tip marker would give me better control than a slippery brush or a smeary pencil.  Although the product has some flaws, for the most part, I'm sold on it.

The Formula:

• Long-wearing - It stayed on all day without smudging.  In fact, it stayed on until I removed it with eye makeup remover.
• Texture - I prefer a liquid formula over a dry or chalky texture, so this smooth liquid eyeliner fit the bill.
