Being on a college student's budget, I often do not have the extra money to purchase professional-quality cosmetics. I do, however, wear make-up every day...particularly eyeliner. At one point, I happened upon Wet 'N' Wild and discovered they also produced eyelines for one dollar. I was ecstatic, especially when the local stores were offering these eyeliners with a "Buy one, get one free" deal.

In my experience, I have found this brand of eyeliner creates a very prominent stroke on the skin. My choice of color is always the black eyeliner and it creates a stroke that is as dark and as smooth as just about any of the more expensive eyeliners on the shelf.

I would recommend this product to anyone, regardless of their budget.
