This is a solid microwave. It's only 700 Watts, so you need to adjust your expectations accordingly. I mainly use microwaves for reheating leftovers, and I rarely use them to actually cook food. But a full plate of cold food becomes comfortably hot after about two minutes on high power. The microwave is a little loud, and the spinning tray inside sometimes jerks or becomes stuck for a small moment. However, these haven't been large problems or affected performance. It's a great, cheap option for people on a budget, those who don't use microwaves frequently, or those needing to save a little space. Recommended with confidence!

The Westinghouse Microwave Oven is a work horse! I bought this microwave about 4 years ago when my microwave broke and I didn't have a lot of money to spend at the time for a new top of the line microwave. I just figured that it would get me by until I had the money to get a better one. Well, 4 years later and I still have the same microwave. Now it is a small microwave but, it works great! Sometimes, I might have to cook something a minute or two longer but, that's ok. I have two small boys and I use this microwave at least 4 or 5 times a day. It's still going strong with no problems at all. I use it to pop popcorn, heat up soup, defrost hamburger meat, heat up hot dogs, heat up coffee, etc. The list could go on and on. I honestly just now thought wow, I can't believe I never bought a better microwave. I didn't really need a better one. This little guy works great!

This microwave has been owned for more than four years, surviving moving from one place to another at least five times and it is still working without any trouble. Not too big or extremely powerful, lacking extra options like cooking item menu, however, it is nice and simple to use. There is a turning plate which would help things to be evenly heated. As noted everywhere, no metal or plastic in the microwave oven, then, this Westinghouse investment will last you for a long time. There is only one thing which might be problematic which is putting the turning plate out for cleaning and back on since it is a little bit difficult to adjust it on the little plastic "wheels". Other than that, this microwave can make every one happy.

Westinghouse 700 Watt microwave is so versatile, especially for my family needs I purchased this microwave  10 years ago and its live up to its name.  It's small and convenience for my family uses, my family burnt so many foods, over spilled,  because of they carelessness, I thought that the micowave would have given up on us by now  it was inexpensive, when I purchased it, however,   Westinghouse 700  it still my number choice of micowaves,  timely cooking, and easy to clean up.
