I was suprised by the quality of this 46" HD TV. Everyone is impressed at the quality. However, when I purchased a second one, I had problems. When I called the Westinghouse tech line, the tech actually asked if I had the plug plugged into the television and into the wall. Ouch. However, I returned it with no problem whatsoever.

He's right, beware... Mine, two years old (LTV-27w7) went on the fritz, tech sent me to partstore.com if my place of repair needed parts, there were only remote controls available there! ...geez.
