CrapTacular!
I bought this new and it lasted about 14 weeks. The retailer told me they dont cover it over 90 days so I had to contact Westinghouse (used to be a quality American brand name, for those old enough to remember) They made me send emails, long hold phone calls and even take pictures to send them... as in "take a picture" of a DEAD TV! If for some unknown reason someone was lying, they would just turn the TV off and take the picture. Made no sense. So after jumping through all their hoops and paying to ship the TV back they send me a refurbished Model DW32H1G1. It had a scratch on the screen. A small but annoying spot that was white and distracting in the middle of the screen. The plastic sides of the set were covered in protective coating when shipped but NOT the screen. Why? So back to the emails and picture taking. Weeks later they sent me instructions on how to download a "pixel fix" and thier policy of NOT replacing sets if under a certain amount of pixels were damaged. I replied #1) It's not a pixel, it's a scratch... with texture one can feel and #2) My set is not connected to the internet. They never replied. That was 2 months ago and I'm not optimistic the set will last anyway. I remember TV's lasting for over 10 years! This brand is now junk. Invest the few dollars more and get a better brand. You'll be happy in the long run... and by "long run" I mean in maybe as short as a few weeks!
