We bought two Westin Heavenly Beds after enjoying them in their hotels. One, the queen, is pure sleep perfection. The other, the king, only one year older,  has turned lumpy and sagging. We've only had them four and three years. Now we fight over who gets to sleep in the queen. Not exactly what we were hoping for.

This review was written in 2008, It is now September 2009. How is your queen holding up? What happened with lumpy mattress? Did you replace it with something else and if so what? Also, how did you come to that decision? Would you write a new review, please?

One year ago, we bought a California King Heavenly Bed from Nordstroms. At first, it was great. But, a year later, our bed has two seemingly permanent depressions in it, one where I sleep and one where my wife sleeps. It is still fairly comfortable if I am on my back in my own depression, but there is now a ridge running down the middle of the mattress between my wife and me. If either of us gets out of our own depression, we are sleeping on a ridge -- or rolling off of it! I'm seriously thinking of telling Nordstroms to take it back!

Amazing - we had almost the SAME experience. Our Queen Heavenly bed is fantastic. The King version was hell from day 1. We convinced the company to take it back. They refunded every penny.
