I'll start by saying that I am computer challenged, I will admit it. Having said that, I have been using the Westell router for over one year now and loved it. My internet never went down,I could stay online for hours and never have any trouble. I also had another computer in the house and used this same router. It was very easy to hook another computer up with the Westell router. Well one of the antenna broke off when it was knocked off the desk and it stopped working. This is when I realized just how good the Westell router was. I had to get a smaller modem type from the provider, that is just until I can get a new Westell router. Like I said I am computer challenged but I hope that I was able to make my point about the Westell, a great product.
