We had an old manual treadmill and decided it was time for a new one. Unfortunately, we didn't have a ton of money to get something high end. This is what we ended up purchasing. It feels a little bit flimsy but it's not too bad. It is a little noisy but again, not too bad. It has many settings to choose from so you can do a mix of speeds. It is easy to figure out and use. We love that it folds up so we can keep it out of the way when we are not using it. We have had it a few years now and it is still holding up after taking a beating. I recommend this product.
