The Weslo Crosstrainer is a great treadmill for working out. Its added features such as keeping up with the distance and or calories burned helps with your daily workouts. The cross training programs have really improved my endurance in walking along with the added features of weights that the machine times as well that you pick up and walk with at certain times and the machine shows you the time for this as well. I love being able to change up the incline on this as well also helps you being able to advance and make your work outs even more of a challenge. The folding aspect of the machine is also a good idea for people with limited space because you can fold it up and put it up against a wall or under a bed. The machine has wheels in which helps also in the moving of the machine. The machine having the side rails are perfect for when you no longer want to work out the upper body to hold onto these rails . It has little sections up top for my weights but I also keep my mp3 there as well. The machine does work on a key in which is great if children come over they cannot play with the machine and if needed to stop the machine fast pull the key and will shut off automatically. Overall I rate this machine to be a very good and caters to all my needs as far as a treadmill is concerned.
