Could use a few improvements...

walking and running, doing aerobics, strength training, cost-conscious

This product in a nutshell: is a very standard, no-frills treadmill that is on the lower end of gym equipment. I have yet to have any mechanical problems with the Weslo Cadence CT 5.8 Treadmill, however, it lacks a few features that affect my overall opinion.

Like most people, I tend to put on some pounds during the holiday season caused all the eating and drinking I do. (Hey, it's rude to turn down an invite to a Christmas party! Hee hee!)
