the weslo cadence 25 provides an arobic workout

By

from Mc Henry, MS

Comments about Weslo Cadence 25 Treadmill:

The Weslo Cadence 25 Tredmill provides a above average aerobic workout. Although mine is roughly 5 years old , it still works perfectly and has a Heart-Rate chart on the side, used almost daily it still gives me the workout I need to have a healthy mind and body for over 5 years and counting... It folds up easily for quick storage and space saving. Included is a belt clip for quick shut off for safety purposes ......  Most common Con 's are :

1. Does not change for an uphill / downhill simulation electronicly

2. Cannot calculate your workout progress through-out the weeks

With only two cons that I can list, the Weslo Cadence Treadmill is definitly a necessity for all those that want an aerobic workout at a great price..  I not only recommend it for its space saving features but for an enjoyable, affordable workout. The Weslo Cadence Treadmill has varying speeds for the beginner as well as the advanced trainer .

I really enjoy walking on my Weslo Cadence 25.

By

Comments about Weslo Cadence 25 Treadmill:

I really enjoy walking on my treadmill, the Welso Cadence 25.  It is not a complicated piece of equipment, and easy to work out on.  You can also choose different types of speed paths to walk or run.  It also has two cup holders, one on each side.  There is also a timer on the treadmill that allows you to time how much time you exercise, how many calories you burn, and how many miles you walk.
