Wells Fargo - Platinum Visa Card —
I got my card when I opened an account and got a mortgage with WFmore than 10 years ago. They've been great at service. Every time I contact them with a question, they're polite and helpful--such a change from what I usually seem to get with my other card. I almost exclusively use this card for purchasing anymore.I especially appreciate their quick uptake on possible fraud--they contact me immediately if there's activity that seems suspicious. And, the one time that it was someone using my number, they took care of everything. I didn't have a single hassle about it. I didn't even have to appear in court when they tried the guy. I also like how they take initiative to lower my APR without my having to ask--three times in the last two years! No other card I've had has done that.
My account doesn't have an annual fee, which I appreciate--no expect of a credit card and I like being able to pay it with an E-bill. I never use the rewards feature--just don't think of it, so I can't say how it works compared to others.
