THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY IVE HAD TO DEAL WITH ESPECIALLY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FOR A LARGE COMPANY THAT INDICATES THE BEST SERVICE I'D HAPPILY LIKE TO GIVE A MINUS 10 AND LOWER. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH 3 ASSOCIATES 3! SARAH, RACHEL, AND SOME OTHER DUMB GIRL. ONE AFTER ANOTHER, KEPT TRANSFERING ME TO ANOTHER REPRESENTATIVE BECAUSE THEY ARE FOR THE MOST PART POORLY TRAINED, EXPRESSIONLESS, ROBOTIC EMPLOYEES. THEY ALL GAVE ME MIXED INFORMATION ON MODIFICATION OF MY CURRENT LOAN AND WHEN I NEEDED A TRANSLATOR THE TRANSLATORS WERE VERY ROBOTIC, DEPRESSED HATING LIFE INDIVIDUALS THAT DIDNT HELP AT ALL . NONE OF THE TRANSLATORS DID ANYTHING MORE THAN REPEAT WHAT I SAID AND WELLS FARGO ASSOCIATES REFUSED TO HELP ME IN ANY WAY BY PHONE AND KEPT INSISTING ON SENDING ME SOME "PACKET". THIS WAS SO BAD I WOULD RATHER SPEAK WITH OUTSOURCED CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE IN ANY OTHER COUNTRY. I WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR 25 YEARS AND SEEMS TO JUST GET WORST EVERY YEAR. THE EMPLOYEES EITHER HAVE HORRIBLE TRAINING OR THEY MUST HAVE READY BAD PARENTS WHO NEVER TAUGHT THEM GOOD MANNERS. TAKING MY BUSINESS SOME WHERE BETTER THAN WELLS FARGO.
