Wells Fargo Home Mortgage — 

WELLS FARGO OWNS ASC (AMERICAS SERVICING COMPANY). THIS WAS THE WORST MORTGAGE LENDER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY CHARGED RIDICULOUS CLOSING FEES AND NOT TO MENTION THE UNHEARD OF INTEREST RATE. DURING THE WHOLE MORTGAGE CRISIS WE REQUESTED HELP AS OUR ARM WAS ABOUT TO ADJUST MAKING OUR PAYMENT ALMOST A THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE. THEY TOLD US THEY BASICALLY WOULD RATHER FORECLOSE THAN TO HELP US. NOBODY SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. THEY DO NOT REPORT ACCURATE THINGS TO CREDIT AGENCIES AND IF YOU DO A GOOGLE SEARCH ON THEM YOU WILL BE VERY INTERESTED. BEWARE IF YOUR BROKER WANTS TO WORK WITH THEM !!

They sold my property at auction and told me a week later! This is after agreeing to a modification...I was behind $3000.00

Wells Fargo's intent is to steal your home and "manage" it on behalf of their "real" customers -- investors and their wealthy clients. For years consumers have complained on websites -- but no one has listened. We need to find a way to be heard and I think the new administration is willing to listen. Any suggestions?

i tatally agree with you, by far they are the worst mortgage company to deal with, they would rather foreclose on your home which they are with mine, i think they are running a scam, i reported them to my state senator,
