My husband had lost his job and we called wells fargo right away to let them know.He had his house loan through them...They told us it would be fine and let them know when he had a new job.When we called them to let them know we had received a letter about our house going to sherriff sale.They said to get caught up when needed to send $3000 and to disregard letter.We sent money orders the same day with confirmation numbers and also the money order receipt numbers.About a month later we got another letter saying our house was sold along with the money orders...When we called them back we always got an answering machine or voice mail with no return call...3 weeks later sherriff came and said we had 24hrs to be out not having anywhere to go we had to stay home from work and pack for a family of 5.All of this happened from feb 08 we had to move at the end of april 08 to this day our house is still sitting empty,We contacted a lawyer and they said there was nothing to be done........We also have some friends that have been screwed by wells fargo also....Don't use them........................
