Wells Fargo Home Mortgage —

I live in Northwest Louisiana where we're having a boom in gas leasing due to the Haynesville Shale Play.  I am  single & on a tight budget so it was a great surprise when I was selected to receive a nice "signing bonus" due to the location of my home.  What's the problem?  I have been given a "subordination agreement clause" that MUST be signed by my mortgage company, Wells Fargo, before I can cash in on the signing bonus.  Wells Fargo WILL NOT agree to sign this form due to them not liking the language in the form.  So thanks to Wells Fargo, I will not get the benefit of over $3,000.00 to help pay any of my bills.  It seems that Chase Bank, City Mortgage, all of our local Credit Unions, etc have agreed but WELLS FARGO refuses.  I am outraged and disgusted with WELLS FARGO.  I will never use Wells Fargo again and I am telling everyone I know not to use Wells Fargo because they do not care about anyone, existing customers or new customers.  Wells Fargo I hope you sink in this troubled economy... it would serve you right.

I agree Wells Fargo are not about helping anyone out during the troubled depression that our economy is dealing with. I am very displeased with them and think that they should not receive any bailout money from government. Because they are not helping people that are facing foreclosure.
