Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Review

Wells Fargo is not very good at communication after you have the loan.  Each time you call to resolve a problem, the first person is friendly, but you will find yourself repeating things each time you call and apparently there is no record of previous calls.  I finally got a problem solved, but took way too many phone calls and a lot of frustration.  I give them an "F" for customer service.
