We pay a small annual fee to use this checking visa but it also allows to gain points to use towards rewards 'other' business gift cards or redeem our points for cash. We have found that by using this card on our everyday business purchases (which we try to only use with major corporation and not on the small businesses) that it is a way to get an automatic discount. Discount may be small but at least it is there. Personally I see it as an incentative for the banks to cash in on the 'credit cards' use charge that credit cards companies on making BIG money off the fees charge to merchants...
