Wells Fargo Auto Finance Review

I agree with the other reviewers about everything that has been said about this company.  Wells Fargo Auto Finance represents incompetence at its finest!!!  I find that Wells Fargo has the absolute worst customer service department of any company that I have ever dealt with.  The customer service representatives have the worst attitudes, even when they are absolutely wrong about the information that they have given to you.  There has been maybe one or two occasions in which I have spoken to someone who seems to have an idea of what they are doing.

Recently I tried to log-in to my online account to make a monthly payment, but kept receiving messages stating that my username and/or password were incorrect.  I knew that this was not the case since I had been accessing my account with the same login information for months and have even taken the liberty of writing both my username and password down.  I contacted customer service using the number provided and told them of my problem.  Instead of trying to be helpful to resolve the problem, the customer service representative immediately got aggressive and told me that my password must be incorrect.  I told her that that was not the case since I had been paying the bill online for months using the same username and password.  Upon further investigation, I was told that my online account access had been disabled and that I would need to set up another username and password in order to access and pay my account online.  Even though she was completely wrong, the customer service representative did not bother to offer an apology for her earlier incorrect assumption and rudeness. 

I wasted over 30 minutes on the phone trying to resolve an issue that I did not create and was not responsible for.  I can not begin to describe in words my overall irritation with Wells Fargo Auto Finance.  If Wells Fargo Auto Finance was the only automobile financing company available, I would much rather take my chances by riding an old bicycle around town.  I give this company a Z in customer service, which is a lot worse than an F!!!!!
