I have advanced osteoarthritis in my hip. After taking this product as directed for two weeks I can definitely feel a difference. I also am taking the omega 3 product from wellby along w/ this as i believe they complement each other in relieving inflamation. I'm on a tight budget and these products work as well as any of the more expensive products I've bought from that store whose name shall not be mentioned.
