read full review »Although it's been a while since i have had the Weightwatcher yogurt it is good but it's amazing the amount of sugar that is in a low-fat yogurt. We usually try to read our labels all the time, one day when my daughter was in the store with me and we really try not to have too much sugar in our healthy lifestyle. We were looking at the sugar content in all of the yogurts on the shelf, we actually found the store brand to have the least amount. read full review »I tried Weight Watchers yogurt because I am actually a fan of almost the entire Weight Watchers line. I am not a huge yogurt fan - actually I find it close to impossible to ingest - but I do enjoy trying new things.
Weight Watchers yogurt (every flavor) is fantastic - I'm usually sad when I get to the bottom of the cup. I look forward to eating it and have gotten into eating it daily. It doesn't hurt that it's only one point per cup - being a Weight Watchers member - this is a HUGE selling point.
