There are many Weight Watcher Yogurts I like. I like them because they are creamy and best of all they actually taste just like the name suggests.

The four I am choosing all have 100 calories; are in 6 ounce containers (which can be recycled or used for projects); have .5 grams of fat; 12 grams of sugar (perhaps why they are so good); and are only 1 point each. If you are not familiar with the Weight Watcher program I'm allowed around 20 points a day so you can see that a Weight Watcher Yogurt is a good choice for me when I'm on the program. When I'm not I find the amount of sugar too high for me.

  • Key Lime Pie tastes like key lime. There is no mistaking the lime flavor but finding pieces of pie is a bit too much to ask.
  • Amaretto Cheesecake is delicious especially since I love both of those - Amaretto and Cheesecake. Put together they make a delicious yogurt and treat.
  • Just because I'm from Boston isn't the reason I like the Boston Cream Pie. It's very creamy and tastes pretty much like the doughnut but without the dough.
  • I am not one to get vanilla ice cream. I would not use the calories for plain old vanilla but when it comes to yogurt Vanilla is one that I reach for first. This is true of the Weight Watcher brand as well. I can taste the vanilla which takes the edge off of plain yogurt which I don't care for.
The ingredients aren't bad. They can be pronounced for the most part but there is a long list of them. The first few are milk fat and non fat milk, flavor or fruit base.

Jo's Viewpoint
I like them

Hi Jo! Great review you have here! I have been enjoying Weight Watcher products for many years. Within the last couple months, I have been regularly eating Weight Watcher's yogurt. I love the stuff! As you mentioned in your review; a most delicious taste is found in this brand of yogurt. When they claim it tastes like key lime..."IT'S REALLY JUST LIKE KEY LIME PIE!" All of Weight Watcher's yogurts are really delicious.

I grew up thinking yogurt was already a diet food but have learned that some or more diet than others...I still love it even not being on a diet...I don't need one, I seem to be dropping enough weight just from the warm weather...;)

Even though I'm not officially a part of W.W., I've learned to respect their products. I didn't know about this one so thanks for the great review.

I didn't even know WW had yogurt. Another something to watch for at the store. Thanks!
