Not bad at all!

I always cook my frozen food on a pan so they come out a bit better. I added some siracha sauce and it was very good I enjoyed it very much and I would buy it again. The chicken was good and I liked the noodles. The sauce was good and a bit sweet. I loved how it ended up with the siracha. I would say I would have liked it a lot less if I hadn't added that. I still enjoyed it a lot.

Nice Flavor!

Weight watchers thai style chicken and rice noodles is a tasty healthy lunch. This meal contains white chicken meat, vegetables, rice noodles and is covered in a peanut sauce. The entire meal is only 250 calories and contains 12 grams of protein. Weight watchers frozen meals can be found in most grocery stores. If you are a fan of asian dishes, this is the meal for you.

These are, by far, the best Smart Ones out there right now. I love the zesty peanut sauce and I usually end up adding a bit of Sriracha to give it some kick. It's perfect with the carrots and adding fresh scallions do a nice trick as well. The chicken is kind of chewy but it sucks up the flavor well. Nice dish!

WW Thai Style Chicken & Rice Noodles is good eating!!

I buy a few frozen dinners when I go grocery shopping to have on hand on the days that I just can't make a lunch due to lack of time or energy. I really love the Thai Style Chicken & Rice Noodles and always have them in my freezer. The peanut sauce is awesome and the portion is a little small but just enough to fill you up. I think it is the best tasting frozen dinner out there so far. And the fact that it is a Weight Watchers item makes it easy for me cause the points are already on there. Give it a try if you haven't already.

Weight Watchers or not; the best frozen dinner ever

5

I wouldn't recommend **any** frozen dinner become a cornerstone of a healthy weight loss repertoire, but as far as quick, convenient, relatively healthy and tasty options go, this is near the top of my list. I will preface my criticism with this: frozen dinners are rich in sodium. That's just how it is. Seeing as the bar has already been set there and the fact that the Weight Watchers program only recommends a casual eye be kept on sodium intact, I am leaving the fact that this product contains 35% of your daily recommended sodium intake out of my consideration for the quality. Simply comparing this to other healthy frozen dinners (not just other smart ones) I have to put this at the very top of my list. The Thai flavors are very good, with a hint of peanut sauce and just the slightest amount of heat in the back (I wouldn't expect a commercially mass-produced healthy meal to have the amount of heat I need, but that's what hot sauces are for!). The chicken is of great quality for pre-blanched and frozen meat, the veggies are nice and crisp and the noodles are just the right consistency for rice noodels. This is my favorite frozen dinner, and while you won't catch me eating ANY frozen dinners for lunch and only occasionally having one for dinner when I don't have leftovers or the desire to make anything else, this will always be in my freezer as long as they produce it.

Best Smart Ones frozen meal available!

I normally do not like frozen all-in-one meals like this one, but I tried a few of the Smart Ones just to have a quick, hot meal as a new mom. This is by far my favorite one and I keep buying it and eating it even though my baby is now a toddler. You know how a lot of meals like this have a cardboard-y taste? Or simply have no taste? Not the Thai Style Chicken & Rice Noodles. The amount of spice is just perfect - enough to give it a good flavor but not enough to overwhelm you. I'm also pleased by the texture of the noodles. I have had a few other noodle-based meals in the Smart Ones line and for whatever reason, they seem to have conquered the mushy noodles problem that I find in other brands. This one, with the rice noodles, is especially nice - almost as good as making my own rice noodles and obviously much quicker. I agree with the review that says this is not a full meal replacement, but it works great with a piece of fruit or a quick salad to be very satisfying.

Thai Style Chicken & Rice Noodles - perfect Thai flavors!

I have an infant at home and a on/off custody arrangement for my older child, so there are times when it's only me that I'm cooking for, and I *hate* to cook. Aside from salads and fresh fruit, I pretty much live off frozen meals. Getting to the point, in the past I've tried Smart Ones meals and wasn't impressed... but my local grocery store had a really good sale on these and I picked up the Thai Style Chicken & Noodles because it looked appetizing on the package. I have to say, I'm really impressed with this meal. The noodles were cooked evenly (as can sometimes be a problem with frozen meals), the carrots were cooked well, but still had a little bit of crunch to them (not the mush that you sometimes get), the chicken was moist and tender, and the sauce had just the right hint of spice for me (I'm not into super spicey foods).  I'm actually probably going to go back to the grocery store tonight and get more of these, they are that good! I also like that it's not the typical frozen food meal - it's exotic in flavor, and best of all they didn't throw and broccoli or peppers (I'm not a fan, and pretty much every meal with pasta or rice has one or both).

There is no comparison to the real thing

Thinking this was going to be a quick healthy meal, so that I can lose weight. I popped this yummy looking dish in the microwave. The first bite turned me off from eating anymore. I know that healthy food can't all be wonderfully delicious, but this was absolutely disgusting.

Weight Watchers Thai Chicken & Rice Noodles is one of my favorite WW entrees. I think the noodle part is the best. And the flavors are awesome. Problem is I could eat 2 but I don't! Keep making yummy entrees Weight Watchers. I love your easy, convenient foods for lunch and sometimes dinner. You're always on my side! Thanks.

Substitute for takeout when you really need noodles

4

I tried these a couple weeks ago when my family insisted on takeout and I knew I couldn't spare the points.  They smelled absolutely delicious coming out of the microwave.  Beware, they get very hot.  But I was impressed at how evenly and accurately they cooked.  Sometimes noodle dishes don't cook well in the microwave- those of you who do box meals know what I'm talking about. Anyway, as great as they smell I found them a bit bland in taste.  I also found, as I usually do, that the box is not a meal replacement.  It really requires you to bring a bag of salad to work or fix a large filling side of green vegetables to go into it.  These are 0 points so they wont change your points values but they also won't leave you starving afterwards.  I would buy these again but I have other box meals from WW that I prefer more on a daily basis.  However, when the family goes for lo mein takeout I find that I can eat these and not feel so left out of the "yeah, we're having takeout!" fun.  I tend to enjoy shiritake noodles a lot too though and feel those may be a better poitn value for those who tolerate them than these frozen box meals.  But this is also a great lunch idea for busy people!
